This, therefore, extends to a bunch of “green” derivatives that also implies that one had been cheated on by their partner. But in common use (and especially in entertainment industry-related novels, etc), this phrase implies a man that is “supported by/protected by/under the wing of” another person (at times, being kept). [2] Raws: 金主 [jīn zhǔ] Is the other side of the little white face relationship, the gold master is the one providing the support. Again, commonly seen in entertainment circle novels.
